    We are so SPOILED by Villa Gabriella! Ever since my family started ordering olive oil from their Tuscan estate, we can’t help but turn up our noses at everything else. It is immediately apparent that this is the REAL stuff, like what you would typically only find in Italy, not like that transparent over-processed junk you can buy in American grocery stores.

    Before getting married in Italy this fall, I had a bridal shower in the US and gave a small bottle of Villa Gabriella olive oil to each guest, as an authentic taste of Italy!

Shipping Options At Villa Gabriella, we do our very best to ship your orders within 24 hours of being placed. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances. Orders placed by Friday at 3:00 p.m. CST will ship that day. Orders ship via ground shipping and will arrive within 5 - 10 business days. Saturday and Sunday shipments Sorry, we do not ship on weekends. We ship Monday through Friday. If you place your order after 5pm ET Friday we will ship your order on the following Monday. Shipping Holidays Villa Gabriella and its carriers do not ship or deliver on the following days: New Year's Eve – Only Air packages will be delivered New Year's Day Presidents' Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Promotional Shipping Codes Promotional shipping offers apply to orders that meet applicable sale amounts in merchandise before normal taxes and shipping/handling rates shipping to a single address only. Substitute: While all of our products have a distinct character, we can ship you a substitute that most closely resembles your original order. Return Policy

Client Satisfaction We stand by every product we offer. Each order is shipped from our facility with extra care. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation. How can I make a change or cancel my order? To make a change or cancel your order, please contact our Client Service Team. Your change or cancellation must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the shipping date. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed on the day they are shipped from our facility. Returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization number. Please include the reason for returning the item with your return. Please retain your packing slip. Packing slips are required for all order adjustments and returns. Please contact our Client Service Team before shipping your return to receive your Return Authorization number. How do I return a defective product? Villa Gabriella only sells products we stand by. It is possible, however that an item purchased may not be perfect. You may exchange defective items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a packing slip. Items must be shipped back by ground UPS or US Postal Service and insured for the purchase value of the item. Shipping costs will be refunded. Please return merchandise in the original shipping box. What if my merchandise arrives damaged? If you receive a damaged or broken item, please call our Client Service Team immediately to receive a Return Authorization number. We cannot issue refunds if a complaint is not filed within 24 hours of receiving merchandise. Please retain the shipping box until the return has been processed. Can I return a gift I've received? Any items received as gifts may be returned for credit only. Please contact our Client Service Team for assistance.
